The Three E’s of Social Media: Business Success

The Three E's of Social Media are the fundamentals of success for any business social media campaign:

Engage

your audience. Talk to them, start conversations, provide them with useful information, open the channels of communication.

Embrace

what they have to say, their contribution, and reward their participation.

Evolve

to keep up with what your audience (market, targets, etc) wants and needs and what they are doing. Don't get comfortable, the world is changing, your audience is changing, technology is changing, and so should you.

Regardless of where you do this, it will work. regardless of how you do this, it will work. Get participating.
